You’ve registered for an account but can’t log in? The following list provides some reasons as to why:


  1. You’ve already attempted to log in a total of five times and entered the wrong credentials during each of those tries. In this case, your player account is locked automatically for an hour. This is a security measure which ensures that people who are not permitted to access your account remain locked out. Solution: Simply wait for an hour after the lockout has been activated and then use your valid credentials to log in again.
  2. You’ve forgotten your password. Solution: Request a new password. Directly beneath the password entry field there’s a “Forgot your password?” link which you can use to reset and change your password.
  3. You’ve forgotten your username and password. Solution: Please contact our helpful support team via appsupport@gametwist.com
